Service Groups
The Ministries mentioned below are dedicated to providing service to our congregation during worship and throughout the week.
Greeters
Greeters make our guest as well as members feel warm and welcomed as they enter the church doors. The PC Greeters serve from the end of Sunday School until after the Call to Worship.
Ushers (Sr. & Jr.)
Along with the Greeters, the Usher ministry is the first point of contact as you enter the Sanctuary. Ushers are here to serve and available throughout the service.
Hospitality
Hospitality plans and coordinates all meals served on church grounds.
Service Groups
Pastor’s Aide
The Pastor’s Aide ministry assists the Pastor and First Lady financially through the coordination of the event used as fundraiser to produce gifts on special days.
Bereavement
The Bereavement ministry shows compassion and offers assistance to those individuals and their family members who are bereaved.
Sheepfold
The Sheepfold ministry provides structure whereby every member of the church is regularly contacted to promote and encourage that connection between and among the members of this congregation.
Service Groups
Outreach
The Outreach ministry is to witness to those who have not accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior. This ministry is also reaches those in our community, the homeless, those in shelters and incarcerated. Our food pantry and clothing giveaway are open on the 2nd Saturday of each month.
Intercessory Prayer
This ministry provides prayer for the church as a whole. There are two times a week where this group host corporate prayer sessions for the congregation. Sunday, 9 AM & Wednesday,12 Noon via the Prayer Line.
